Sress: Handling of Stress

Hello everyone!

This is me Scribbler [penname] welcome to my blog.

Here I want to share about decision making and stress in our life.

There can be a lot of stress in everyone's life and it's the worst part when it comes to making decisions but remember that they are what really make you who you are. You can't see one person, why not, the entire universe is under stress. You may ask me how you can bring the whole universe under stress. Yes, check out these links that might surprise you: The Evolution of the Universe - Scientific American | Formation and Evolution of the Universe | AMNH.

From a baby in the womb to a 90- or 100-year-old man or woman you can see how stressed they are. Each of them has their own story in different ways, but the commonality is: they overcame their stress.

What do you think about stress? Does it cause pain or relieve pain? I would say stress is a pain reliever. You can drive me crazy; I don't care. When you're stressed you muster all your energy into one thing: try to live your life above the stress level, sometimes you just want to kick back and breathe in peace. When you are in a difficult situation, when you are surrounded by stress, all you need is a little energy to pull all your strength back and forth, start over and prove what you are. No one in their life comes out on top without processing the stress they are under. In the process of overcoming it, you'll learn life lessons that will last forever

Look at it the next time you encounter and say "Hey, come on buddy, let's have another tough fight!" Do you know when you will get this strength? Tell you what, you will realize that, you have more in you than you think, a little energy that has inspired you to gather all your strength. Every time you come out of stress, breathe a sigh of relief, and come back into another level of stress, you'll think, "That's like, I'm really stressed right now." Yes, it's a cycle. You will never feel the same pressure again. When it's new, the old level of stress seems smaller than it is now. That is the beauty of your choice. You were already a winner, now you have to show some courage and determination again, that's all.

A tip from me (not an expert) to handle stress. Do something you love to do. And choose action wisely. As in something that takes you away from the current situation, making your mind non-thinking or situational. It will help you rewire your brain. Everyone has a way to deal with stress, one of mine is "chess". I play a game (dual player) my game lasts for a long time or a few days (definitely not champion) because I don't play complete set of moves. Just one or two moves gets me refreshed and working again. Less distraction but more power to decide.

This board is with me since I’m 14.

Hunger for games

Love for play

Conclusion: Break the stereotypes that keep you down. Gather your strength, welcome the newcomer with open arms and give it a tough fight. You are a warrior = winner

Humble thanks to you all from a scribbler ðŸ˜Š
