Knowing Everything Without Labels: Embracing a Balanced Perspective

Picture courtesy: from the site: The importance of children's representation in literature and media - Humanium   Have you ever been told to learn only good things and avoid the bad? As children, we often hear elders caution us against negative influences without fully understanding the reasons behind their advice. These words can create fear and confusion, making us question every action we take. But is it really that simple? Is there a clear line between good and bad in everything we do?   When we examine this concept closely, we find that the distinction between good and bad is not as clear-cut as it seems. It varies depending on our interests, circumstances, the people involved, and the impact of our actions. For example, drinking wine may be frowned upon in some places, while in others, it's an integral part of social gatherings and rituals. Similarly, societal attitudes toward sexual relationships differ greatly across cultures.   In my view, there are no absolute good an

LOVE is LOVE

Hello every one!  This is me Scribbler [penname] welcome to my blog.  It's been a long time since we met. These days I was thinking about many topics and failed to catch somewhere to write an article. But this topic that you all are going to read today keeps getting stuck in my mind. That's why I decided to put this into writing.  Before I get to the topic of the day, let me say one thing. I wasn't much of a book reader until my post-graduation. When I was doing my Masters, I had time to submit a summer internship paper as part of my semester project, and I chose an internship at a research institute – where I had to spend a month away from my home. I wasn’t planned much on how to spend weekends on new city. One thing which I did was along with my packing I added three books. I would say, that is one of the best things did for my first travel. I don't know what impact it will have on my life later. Now that I realize it, reading books is one of my life lessons I have le

Life Game Changing Quote "Doing Something Is Better Than Doing Nothing"

Image
Doing Something Is Better Than Doing Nothing . You know why people had said that, yeah even now few says it and believes it. Have you ever wondered how it helps  🫢 Get rid of boredom? Keep yourself busy from others? Want to keep your brain active? Need to distract yourself from routine? If you look at it overly, all the above were right. But when you look deeper into it, it says it will “change your life”  😲 . Yes, let me tell you how life changing it is. Everyone has their own way of looking at it, so let me take your work routine as an example and try to explain my perspective on life changing by saying, "Doing Something Is Better Than Doing Nothing." You are busy with your routines in your daily tasks. Every day you are not busy with your routines, you spend some time in your workplace doing nothing. I would call this not free time, but productive time. You may ask me, how can idle time be useful time.  🤔!  You'll figure it out eventually. Until then, be pa

Sress: Handling of Stress

Image
Hello everyone! This is me Scribbler [penname] welcome to my blog. Here I want to share about decision making and stress in our life. There can be a lot of stress in everyone's life and it's the worst part when it comes to making decisions but  remember that they are what really make you who you are . You can't see one person, why not, the entire universe is under stress. You may ask me how you can bring the whole universe under stress. Yes, check out these links that might surprise you:  The Evolution of the Universe - Scientific American  |  Formation and Evolution of the Universe | AMNH . From a baby in the womb to a 90- or 100-year-old man or woman you can see how stressed they are. Each of them has their own story in different ways, but the  commonality is: they overcame their stress . What do you think about stress? Does it cause pain or relieve pain? I would say stress is a pain reliever. You can drive me crazy; I don't care. When you're stressed yo

Selling Yourself

Image
Are you weird about 'selling yourself'? You will get the result at the end of this blog. After reading the word "sales," you probably think of the marketing and sales team. Of course, it's not random, it's trademarked when you say the word "sales" (okay, I agree. Some of you even have other thoughts). Sales is not a skill you can earn out of college. It is inherent in each of us. In everyday life, you sell yourself knowingly or unknowingly. First let me tell you what is selling, selling is when you want to give something to others at for or no cost. Eg, you have a mobile phone which is three years older than the market and you need to upgrade to the latest one. What do you do? You are trying to sell your old phone for a new one. You can go to a local second-hand market and sell your old phone for a better price or exchange it for a new one at a mobile phone shop. What are you trying to do here? Selling your mobile phone at the best price in the

First Family Trip

Image
Hello every one! This is me Scribbler [penname] welcome to my blog. It's been a long time waiting for our next blog. Now here it is. This time I brought my family trip to God's own land, Kerala. The actual tour was supposed to go somewhere else, but due to budget constraints I changed the plan. The plan was prepared in a very short period of time and arranged all the necessary materials for the entire 5 day drive. The tour starts early in the morning with God's prayer songs playing on the FM and a cool breeze blowing inside the car. Starting early, we halted at Palakkad for breakfast. From there to Alappuzha boat house. On arrival we were greeted by the book-in team and escorted to the boat jetty. Ours was a 1BR houseboat booked for one day - 12:00pm to 9:00am (next day) including three meal courses. We embarked on a journey till 6:00 PM and anchored our boat to rest for the night. It was my first cruise (sailing on the water all day) and I got sick and felt rea

Continuous Learning

Hello everyone! This is me Scribbler [penname] welcome to my blog. After my first post of self-introduction, I was excited and waiting for some good topics to write on. A random thought while was riding a bike, while having my breakfast, while having an office meeting with my colleagues and not but the least while I’m in loo, of course you all agree with me in this [that’s the best place ever to have all randomness and new ideas]. Unfortunately, all the circumstances were like before, college days, not those thoughts came up to writing a blog post. And one fine day I sat on stairs opened my windows word document to write and staring at the sky thinking what to write. My habitual, started to scribble. Sometimes later I read those lines and sparked me why I don’t make this a full write up. So started another blog post and here it is for you, folks. I have brought a topic “Continuous Learning @Work 😊 ” here for our thought process. I assure you that you will have some ideology af
